Emilie Cady, homeopathic doctor and New Thought metaphysician. As Ernest Wilson put it, “Next to the Bible itself, Dr. Cady’s Lessons in Truth is Unity’s primary textbook.” Lessons in Truth is consistently in the top ten Unity best-sellers.
The class will study the metaphysical principles taught by Dr. Cady and have spirited discussions on her profound ideas to ensure that each is understood. Rev. Steve will also emphasize the actual practice of Dr. Cady’s teachings as well, as this was an emphasis will be made to facilitate a practice of these ideas as well, as this was always the intention of Unity’s pioneers.
