Intuitive Kids Club 2nd and 4th Saturdays 10:00am-10:45am Ages 3-6 $10 11:00am-12:00pm Ages 7&up $10 Intuition Development, Relaxation and Mindfulness Class for Kids
Children will be exposed and introduce to basic Yoga Poses, Breathing Techniques and Mindfulness. We will learn about Chakras, Crystals, Spirit Animals, working and sensing energy, the Clairs and so much more. This is a fantastic way for kids to explore and learn to use their natural born gifts in a safe, gentle and encouraging environment.
